You pay a large amount of money to go to a small, understaffed university in the middle of nowhere. The only great thing here is since the university is small the professors actually teach their classes and typically care about their students. As for the rest of the administration at LeTourneau, they do not live up to what you were told in the orientation process. Help is not available to all students, it is basically only available to athletes or if you have an "in" with the department head. I needed help with some things for classes and they refused to help me. So if you are looking for an educational institution that is well rounded and has your back when you are looking for or need help, this is not one you should attend.

because letourneau is a private university, the tuition costs fit the bill for a pricey higher education. however, the school provides hands on learning from the very first semester of freshman year. freshman engineering students build their own 3d printer and cnc router first semester. labs contain no more than thirty students, and lectures will never reach 120 students. the student faculty ratio stays low for a more personal experience. all the housing prices for dorms stay the same price no matter which dorm you live in, and the meals plans all have a consistent price as well. the campus is college student friendly with activities that don't drain the wallet or bore a student to death.

Letourneau is a pretty expensive school, but the education you receive is incredible! You learn so much within one class period.
