Lake State is a small school, but has a homey atmosphere. If you hate winter, and the cold I would not recommend it, however for all the outdoor lovers out there Lake State is a dream. It is set in the most beautiful place in Michigan.

Read MoreLSSU is the perfect home away from home. Their campus is perfect for incoming freshmen, and it will be a great transition to a bigger, graduate school. I recommend this for any students scared to be from home or not sure what they want to major in yet.
Read MoreLSSU is a great school to attend if you love the outdoors, and don't mind cold weather. It has a great Fire Science program that gives you many opportunities to further your career. This school has a college atmosphere, but is still small enough to get great one-on-one time with your teachers when needed.
