There are two types of teachers here, the amazing ones and the incompetent ones. Just make sure you do your research to make sure your teacher is legitimate. The good teachers here are great at what they do and are easily better than most large university teachers.

KVCC is small, the teachers are friendly and helpful, and everything is geared towards your success. You will not want to transfer out when the time comes to transfer out. I only wish that it was a four year school.

Just because it's a community college does not mean you're getting any less knowledge. Most of the teachers are very knowledgeable and are very willing to work with students who need help.

Read MoreKVCC is a good college to attend if you're looking for a head-start on a Bachelor's program. The classes are small, and have very personable professors. I do however wish the associate programs, that are offered, were setup based on the students GPA.
