The teachers at Johnson County Community College, like the students, are greatly diverse. They come from all different backgrounds and experiences and have a lot of knowledge to share! In the classes that I have taken, the teachers have put a lot of themselves into their classes to provide you with as much information in a clear and clean-cut manner. I have learned a great deal and am excited for the coming semesters!

JCCC is the best choice for a transition school. I was the worst high school student ever, but through the help and support JCCC offers, I've become an honors student and a leader in several clubs. You'll also save thousands by getting your Gen Eds here before heading off to a four-year school.

Read Moreas an older student, thr professors are really all in all quite good. once in a while you can get one that is not. i came back to school 3 semesters ago since i had not been in school for 30 yrs, i had to take a lot of pre coureses before i could get into my core course load which helped me out a lot! if you do your work and ask questions it will be a good experience. the college offers free tutering in the core class work such as math, writting and science, you can't find this every where you go. jccc also has a day care on campus for students. i love it here!
Read MoreI look forward to attending classes everyday because of the compassion the instructors have and the ease of understanding the class materials, while making the assignments and lessons be real world related to the field your working towards or knowledgeable life skills in general.
