    Don't be afraid to ask questions. The teachers as a rule seem to love their jobs and are very good. If you feel comfortable, the school offers many online classes, which are nice because of their flexibility. Try some out and see if this learning style fits you.

    this is the single most worst educational institution in virginia. you will never find any assistance with technical issues you may face and won't find any assistance with academia and classes. by the way the people who are in charge of assisting you are complete assholes. no one is polite and no one cares about your success as a student. dont attend school here you will regret that choice i assure you that.

    Just because it is a community college does not mean that it is a fake college. If you work just as hard there as you would at any other college, you will do great at J Sargeant Reynolds. The professors want to get to know you, so try to visit them during their office hours. The more involved in their course that you are, the more they will help you. Also, building these relationships will provide you with job connections and letters of recommendation for when/if you decide to transfer.
