Try to get ahead of the due dates because some things may take longer than you expect. If you are trying for financial aid, go ahead and try to get it done and if you need to turn something in, then turn it in as soon as possible. Get your class ahead of time and find out where they are so on the first day you aren't roaming around not knowing where to go.

    1. If you will require financial aid, keep an ongoing dialogue in place with the financial aid office and all the employees there. They really are there to help and are happy to do so. 2. Register for classes early; they fill up very quickly. 3. Enjoy your experience.

I would also advise prospective students to take advantage of the small class sizes. The ability to have your professor know your name is a feature not many large scale universities can offer. If you are struggling on a particular topic, your professor will have the knowledge of how to help you specifically on an individual basis.
