I do enjoy being a student here--there have been a lot of changes on campus, including the location of the administration building. There are plenty of clubs to join that cover every interest, culture, political leanings, etc.

Read MoreI'm not going to lie, but Fresno City was the least place I wanted to be. However, I have became accutomed to it and have a mindset to stay focus. I'm also a part of the women's soccer team at Fresno City, so I'm familiar with other students who are invovled in athletics and those in the honors program. The one thing that Fresno City has to offer is diversity. It's an atmosphere filled with many people you probably would never see yourself next to, but sometimes it's good to be exposed to things you may not be use to.

Read MoreFresno City College is perhaps one of the most diverse campuses. I've met parents, students who are married, students who come from a wealthy or a humble background and students of all ages. I've met a lot of kind people. I admire how they take the time to ask how everybody is doing. The professors' enthusiasm is enjoyable and I feel comfortable enough to ask questions. I had a huge problem with this in high school. One negative thing, however, is that a large amount of people don't appreciate their education there. They feel as if it's an obligation to go to college and can be heard complaining a lot. This is one little thing that bothers me.
