    Books are not included in most online classes. As said above have people ready to plan around for speeches and math classes. Online courses are spaced out great. Great price, but be ready to pay to join mathlab and others like it for some classes.

    I can only give tips for those who are virtual students. The biggest tip would be at the beginning of each semester, for every class make sure you print off your class calendar with the due by dates. This is extremely helpful since you aren't in a classroom every day and don't have a teacher to remind you daily. If you have any questions make sure you ask. This is including your advisors. They are each there for a reason and want to help.

    Make sure you know what you are getting into. Explore the town itself, not just the campus. If you are used to and like the hustle and bustle of big cities and big towns then this probably isn't the place for you.

    Do your research on the website, and learn everything you can about your program. If there is one criticism of FHSU, it is the advisors! You will need to figure out your schedule for yourself, basically, because getting help from the advisors is pulling teeth. Beyond the issue with the advisors, the classes are easy to enroll in and the online student experience with Blackboard is very simple.
