In general, the food and dining on campus is pretty good and suitable to many different tastes and interests. Most of the staff are very genial and love to serve the students on campus and the hours of some food locations are very flexible for students with different eating schedules. Some of the food items could be prepared a little better but besides that the dining is better from what I've heard it used to be .

When we went to visit the people said their food used to be really bad and now it's ok but nothing to write home about.

The food here is nothing special. There is some really delicious food (Cosi flatbread, caf cookies, the grille's buffalo chicken wrap), and some not so good food. But there are a lot of options available both off and on campus, especially with Arthur Ave.'s Little Italy right outside the gates.

The cafe offers Red Mango, and soups and sandwiches. These are meant to be supplemental to cooking in the apartment and eating out in the city. An $800 meal plan is mandatory freshman year for each semester.

If you're looking for Greek life, Fordham is not for you. There are houses off campus where many students call home but there aren't any sororities or frats.
