The staff of Florida Southern are so helpful and passionate about the students' endeavors, it's a breath of fresh air. Not only would you learn in the classroom, but there are so many other opportunities for students to grow and become active members of society.

There are both many upsides and downsides to being at a small, private college. They have some great course selections, however they are also lacking a few of the classes I really want to take that bigger universities offer. Beautiful campus, lot of activities, but not a whole lot of privacy in dorms, unless you have a single.

It’s a great school to attend, but there are a lot of downsides that come with most private institutions. The class sizes are small and you truly do know your professors. But be prepared to know just about everyone on campus!

Florida Southern College is ranked in the Top 10 'Most Beautiful Campus'. It truly is beautiful overlooking the gorgeous Lake Hollingsworth. It has an intriguing building design and is fun to explore.

We just attended the scholars weekend, and it was very informative, organized, and impressive.. This school truly cares, and you are made to feel as if you are the most important student here. This is a relatively undiscovered gem, other than in Florida, and if you are considering a college in Florida, you really should look here first.
