No school spirit whatsoever! Boring and lame campus- looks nice and beautiful but the staff and admin put a damper on it. …
Beautiful dorms, especially the new one's that were just built next to the brand new stadium. Also the beach is only a few miles away so there are so very…
Getting along with others is key.…
Dorm life is great, as long as you like to meet new people, be around students and mind your own business. Not everyone is here to party, just like not…
There are so many choices for food, it's like the food court at the mall.
Read MoreThe food is absolutely terrible. The Atlantic Dining Hall serves the same things almost every day and the food is disgusting. I never finish a plate of food from there. There are other places to eat on campus like Chick Fil A, Wendy's, & Subway but they cost money and if you're living on a college budget, you most likely will not be able to eat at those places every day.
Read MoreDining hall and onsite cafes have no options if you have food allergies. Not to mention the food is disgusting.
Read MoreVarious dining options from fast food (Wendys, Chic-Fil-A) to healthy dining options in the main hall. Everything is kept clean and the staff is always friendly. Lines may congest the places at lunch and dinner time but they are opened all day to provide good dining.
Read MoreIf you attend school on line or in person at the Ft. Lauderdale campus, you will be provided with breakfast and lunch. I love it when they have Thanksgiving lunch. Very much worth your money.
Read MoreThey serve same four or five meals everyday.
Read MoreThe dining hall provides a wide array of different foods; but there are always the classics available like a burger and fries. They have vegan and vegetarian options, as well as fresh fruits and produce. Also there are many restaurants on campus that can satisfy any craving.
Read MoreIf you are bad at budgetting the cafeteria myths are mostly made up. Go in and eat the right things and make sure it is enough, if you have enough money to spend on expensive food feel free to do so. If you are bad at managing your money the meal plans are a great idea because tougher majors will probably not have time to cook. It should close at 10:30 instead of 10. 11pm is late to me as a student and it makes sense.
Read MoreThe Atlantic Dining Hall food is incredible. Most other colleges don't even have real food, but here you have a huge variety and it is like you are at a restaurant every day. There are also many other food choices around campus.
Read MoreThere are plenty of frats here. They are not as active and do not host a lot of events.
Read MoreLots of prideful fraternities and sororities that allow for students to become a part of their families.
Read MoreLame and small.
Read MoreNonexistant.
Read MoreAs I mentioned previously, there are several fraternities and sororities. There are no houses but it keeps the cost down to join. They are also more inclusive/diverse at FAU than other schools.
Read MoreI'd like to try it out, but I hear it can be very expensive. But also worth it.
Read MoreI am not part of the Greek Life at FAU currently; however, I can inform other students that the Greek Life at FAU is rich, rewarding, and a wonderful opportunity to be recognized nationally for scholarship, service, honor, and integrity. If you have the money, I would seriously consider joining one of these marvelous organizations.
Read MoreNone at this campus.
