Get as close with your professors as possible, that's always helpful in the long run. Make sure to get involved with the activities around the school. Don't get anything over a fifteen-meal meal plan: the food isn't fantastic, so its best to save your money in the Nickel, Ciabatta's, or wherever else you could eat. Also: get a car or get a friend with a car, because there isn't too much to do in the actual city of Fairmont on weekends. The surrounding areas are where you really want to go. Make friends with the upperclassmen because they can be a lot of help in all sorts of areas.
