    Ask questions. All of the tour guides are patient and willing to answer. Seek out for Overnight Visits or Be A Jay For A Day because that is the best way to see the campus.

    Get to know your professors, they're there to help you and want to see you succeed. Be sure to utilize office hours and don't be afraid to use the tutoring program if you need it. Class sizes are small, take advantage of that. Ask questions during class, speak up, and make an impression. It will definitely help you in the short, and the long run.

    Get as involved as possible and take advantage of the various clubs and sports offered. It helps open doors to new adventures, possibilities, and friends. Keep on track with your education. You're their for a reason. Look into as many financial aid options as possible, as tuition is a bit pricey. Have fun.

    Do not believe the sticker price. It looks very expensive, but almost all students receive some kind of scholarship or financial aid. Whether you have already received a scholarship or not, just scheduling a meeting and making a good impression with the admissions office when applying may get you an extra scholarship.
