Eckerd College Campus Life

i'm not going to lie. The food is terrible. It's always under seasoned. It honestly depends on what type of food you grew up on. If you are accustomed to unflavored, sometimes overcooked meals you'll love it here! However, most of us can actually taste and realized how bad it is. The pub is always an option! However, greasy burgers can also get old fast.

I am a very picky person and I would say that food is not very good but it depends on the person. There are three places for dining and we have a pizza truck for late night food. Also during finals or breaks they bring ice cream trucks for free.

Decent food and dining. You'll get sick of it, but on holidays and when there are events at the school, the school's food is pretty damn good. There's always the pub with Big Dawg who makes the best sandwiches you'll ever have. Ms. Rosemary is in the caf., be sure to befriend her quickly because if you forget a meal swipe or your card, she might be nice that day and let you go on in for free. PS. the cookies by the pizza are amazing.

Triton's Pub at Eckerd College is the top dining place on campus. The staff is friendly and nice. They will spark a conversation and remember you. Get to know them because they are awesome. They are another integral part of the Eckerd community that can not be overlooked. There are friendly faces at every turn at Eckerd College. Eckerd College also offer two cafeteria's with buffet style food which differs from the made to order stations at Triton's Pub.

The food is okay. Could be better. The pub has the better food with wraps, burgers, chicken, pitas, and milkshakes!

I went to the Triton pub for lunch. The food was okay. It was just typical--burgers, fries, sandwiches, pizza. There aren't a lot of choices, I would probably just cook my own food after freshman year.

The food is good but after awhile they repeat themselves quite often. The food can also at times taste quite bland.

The cafeteria is nicer than a lot, but doesn't provide a lot of variety. Fortunately, there are three places to eat on campus, which should give you different options for whatever you are in the mood for.

There are two choices: the café and the pub. From salads to Chinese food, The café has a variety of selections for all sorts of people. At the pub, the meal is cooked right in front of you. I recommend the turkey melt; its delicious.

There are no fraternities or sororities at Eckerd College. Eckerd College has the sense of community you would get with Greek Life, but without any of the Greek Life house dues!
