The faculty and staff are very friendly. Class sizes are small. Professors are available after class time to assist in one on one tutoring.

Lots of good people who love to help out. With that in mind if you want to succeed you must push yourself to work hard. The school policy is a little strict and unnecessary but a little understanding.

ETBU is a very expensive school, but the block tuition could be useful to those who would like to graduate early. Small campus and town makes it easy to get around, but sometimes lacks activities. ETBU is also really big on giving back, so prepare to do some community service.

it was definitely a surprise to me to see just how amazing east texas baptist university actually is! the campus is the perfect size and is absolutely gorgeous. all of the staff and faculty i met with while on my visit were extremely friendly and helpful, they are truly dedicated to making visitors and students feel welcome and at home.

I personally found ETBU to be my cup of tea. It is small but full of opportunities that other universities lack. It is also built on a solid Christian foundation that will change your view on your faith and you life.

ETBU offers so many opportunities to find what you're looking for. It's a small campus but with an atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. I couldn't see myself going anywhere other than ETBU!

ETBU is a very small, yet comfortable campus. It upholds many Christian ideas and values, with many opportunities to give back to the community. Although, it is a Christian school, I will still highly recommend this to any college student looking for a friendly, and comfortable environment.

Being a small, close knit community, with a Christ centered heart is, by far, one of ETBU's best qualities among many others as a school. I am so blessed to have been given the opportunity to go to ETBU and experience the real college life with Jesus as the main focus. East Texas Baptist not only has great professors, food, fellowship and housing, its located in the sweet town of Marshall, Texas.

East Texas Baptist University is a bible based institution that embraces its students to the fullest. The university campus is maintained in a clean and fun way. The staff is professional, helpful and friendly.
