I always had an ambition to become successful in my life. Thus, my journey at DVC is pretty challenging, since I had to achieve the maximum grades in all of my classes. I participated in extra-curricular activities to be more competitive and became part of the DVC community service which is lovely to me. Getting involved with student life is a great way to keep from getting too homesick and to meet new people. Fortunately, the students here are extremely welcoming and excited to make new friends! That was really underwhelming at the start. Plus, the resources available on campus to assist the students in transferring and application procedures are plenty. Students get to know their educational plans and start mapping and laying out their majors and careers to prepare themselves for a challenging life at a UC or a CSU. At Diablo Valley College, students become academically aware and conscious and gain proper mentality, rationalism and thinking strategies.
