Read MoreI mean, I haven't really attended any other colleges, so I can't really say too much about it. My boyfriend is cynical about it, saying that it doesn't matter where you go; if you have a general major, anywhere will be just fine, especially a place that costs a little less. Culver is a private college, so it's on the pricey side, but they offer a decent amount of scholarships and grants to make up for a bit of it. I do love the 12 and 3 week terms. Instead of having all your classes during the traditional 15 weeks, you'll have most of your classes during the 12 week term and only one (maybe two) during the three week term. It's one of two schools in the country currently participating in the style. The only downer is that the 3 week classes don't really transfer to any other institutions.
Read MoreI feel like I have gotten my money's worth while spending my time at Culver-Stockton. The quality of the education and experiences the school offers should be able to speak for themselves. The classes are small enough that the students are able to establish a personal relationship with their professors. This allows a chance for students to be able to understand the class's material better and helps set up an easy learning environment. So, I feel that anyone who goes to Culver can get their money's worth.
