  • Housing costs are outrageous. If you can live off campus then do it. Otherwise just embrace the extra couple thousand dollars you're spending and get the most out of it…

The food is okay. Sometimes you get tired of it, but there are some days when they have the best meals. Popcorn Chicken bowl is amazing, as well as every Friday there is always all-you-can-eat warm chocolate chip cookies. They are absolutely delicious.

Meal costs are also outrageous. The food's good but not worth what it costs. You're required to have a meal plan with at least 10 meals per week. Honestly, it's probably a lot cheaper to stick with that plan and make the rest of your meals yourself.

Cafeteria food is actually not bad. Like every cafeteria there are specific foods that people stay away from, but most of their meals are generally nutritious and yummy. They also have many options. No time to eat in the cafeteria? Not an issue at Cornerstone! You can stop at Grab-n-Go to get a bag lunch and a drink.

This is the only thing I find wrong with Cornerstone, they do not have enough tables in their dining hall to accommodate all of the students. There is also not enough room in that small of an area for 2,000 people. The food, however is very good with A full time pizza kitchen, deli, salad bar, desert bar, and two different main courses.

Honestly, the food could be a little better. We have tons of choices though! For breakfast we have an omelet bar so you can make your own, cold breakfast (like yogurt, fruit, cereal), oatmeal and bagels, and also a hot breakfast bar (scrambled eggs, breakfast meat, pancakes, etc). For lunch and dinner we always have a great pizza bar with four or five different kinds, a cooks choice, then usually a choice of chicken. We also have a build your own sandwich bar with a speciality sandwich choice, and a salad bar. Overall, I think we just need a little less grilled chicken options and more steak!
