Read MoreCollege of the Desert has many resources for students to reach their goals, not only academically but through networking and so forth. Their programs are limited but it is a great school for getting through general education and selective professors are really helpful, others not so much. Rate my professor is a best friend, but the environment is always beautiful and the food is not the best but still good if you’re not picky. Read MoreThe classes and school in general are very crowded and understaffed. Some of the professors are excellent with extensive knowledge of their subject and an impressive career history; others will leave you questioning the qualifications needed to teach there. Overall, no better or worse than the average California community college.
