Student Responses to Review Topic: Am I Enjoying Being Here

This was a great experience. Because it was a community college people were attending it because they wanted to learn. They valued their education. Most people were paying for it by themselves and working as well. It was nice to be around others who have the same drive for success that I did. Students were not coming here just to get away from home and get drunk every night. Sadly that is what a lot of students who go straight into a university will do. It was nice to not have to deal with those people.

Yes. Much like as in high school, the more involved you become in your school the more you will benefit from it and appreciate what it has to offer. I was a member of the cross country and track team which was hands down my favorite part of CCC. I also was a member of the chamber choir, which was a wonderful experience as well. Making friends and spending time with them, even if its studying for your next exam, is priceless.

I love going to class because the people are nice and the professors make it easy to learn the subject because they will take time out of their day to help you.
