There's lots of chicken! It's a CSU specialty, apparently. But the food is generally pretty good.
Read MoreThe only meal I can really go to everyday and not have a problem is breakfast. It's good most of the time. On Wednesday they have fried chicken but it gets old quickly . The only other place on campus to eat is Chick-fil-A and there still aren't many choices on the menu there. Also a coffee shop Java City on campus, but if you want good real food you have to go off campus
Read MoreOnly 3 food places on campus. The caf is open until 7:30pm during the week and has limited hours on the weekend. The food here isn't that great and it feels like we eat the same thing everyday. Chick-fil-A is good but doesn't have everything on the menu and is overpriced. Java City is near the library and has coffee and light snacks. I haven't gone here much so I have no opinion one way or the other.
Read MoreChick-Fil-A & Java City on campus. Cafeteria is open most of the day & offers quite a good range of food. The campus is around 20min away from down town Charleston - so much food to choose from there. Plus there is fast food and a walmart in the area.
Read MoreThere is a chick-fil-a on campus. There is also a Java City! The dinning hall is good most of the time, it has its days though.
Read MoreThere is an on-campus cafeteria. For the most part, the food is okay. There can be schedule conflicts with the cafeteria and classes, so there is a possibility of missing meals. However, there is a Chick-Fil-A on campus, as well as a coffee shop which offers snacks, smoothies, and various forms of coffee. The campus is close to numerous restaurants, so if scheduling leads to missed meals, students have the option of going off-campus to eat without having to travel too far.
Read MoreI ate lunch on campus and the food was awful. Not much variety in the lunch room or on campus at all. The flavor and choices clearly lacked variety and were repetitive, and the guide didn't have a problem confirming this fact. Outside out of their cafeteria they have one Chic-fil-A and a Java City. The best places to eat are about 20-30 minutes out from the school. Unfortunately, the meal plan is included in the room & board. And if you aren't from the area you are required to stay on campus 4 consecutive quarters/semesters.
Read MoreThe food has it's good days and bad days like any other school. But we do have a Chickfila and Java City on campus for more options! The staff is very sweet and provide great customer service!
Read MoreThe food at Charleston Southern has its ups and downs. Some days the food is actually pretty good, however other days the food isn't all that great. If the cafeteria is not your thing, then beside it is a Chick fil A Express.
Read MoreThere are several fraternities and such on campus that all work together in volunteer projects or go about doing their own thing. It's a good way to get to know a solid group of people.
Read MoreAt CSU they do offer the divine nine and other sororities and fraternities. They don't get as much publicity as other schools do, but they do show up here and there.
Read MoreThey have the divine nine, but there is VERY little involved in Greek life on campus. They do not have Greek housing.
Read MoreThere are several fraternities and sororities such as Alpha Kappa Alpha, Alpha Phi Alpha, Kappa Alpha Psi and Psi Kappa Phi
