    join student government. study, and if you don't know how to study, use the free resources available to you everyday to guide you. don't be afraid to ask questions, these lead to answers and the beginning of friendships. the best thing i ever did was be apart of hiring committees, they gave me a glimpse of what it's like in the real world. flashcards

    Make sure to get to your classes and hour earlier when you start, especially if you're on a wait list. Always be on time, you could miss a lot and have to make up for it later. Be sure to check in with your fellow peers and classmates about certain assignments.

    APPLY YOURSELF. Community College isn't the place to slack off, take the most units you can so you can be done quicker with the transfer process. This campus is a great place for this, and the professors I've had here are so helpful. Their is not a bad thing i have to say about this place, as you will love it yourself, just do not slack off.
