Plenty do to do on campus. At every turn you will find something that may interest you.

There is a movie theater on campus. it only shows movies that came out the previous semester and over the summer/winter break. But, its free so we take what we can get! The movies show for a full week and then change which is nice. There is a underground cafe event each week with live music and fun activities to do. In the warmer months there are sporting events, small parades, and events going around on campus. There may be weeks where its uneventful, but most of the time there is a lot to do here.

There are many activities that take place around the campus. Athletic events, club fundraisers, the recreational gym, going to the computer lab, eating, and going to the library or just simply hanging out with friends are just some of the things to do. When the weather is nice, everyone is always outside on campus enjoying the wonderful weather. Students are always busy with something to work on or do and never bored.

There isn't too much to do for fun around here honestly unless you're involved in Greek life or you are in clubs. The school does offer movie viewings in their Vulcan Theater, but it's only one movie per week and the movies chosen are movies that have recently been released on DVD. The bright side to that though is that the theater is free to use for students. If having plenty of stuff to do is a big concern for you then Cal U is probably not the best college to consider.

There isn't much to do on campus besides clubs/organizations or attend sporting events. Most of the recreational activities are located in Pittsburgh or farther away depending on the activity.

I mainly stay in my dorm and study.

There are so many activities/clubs offered at Cal U. I am in CUTV which is the television news station and in the Quidditch Club. Also, there is an amazing gym, pool, and hot tub here as well.

CalU always has free or cheap activities on and off campus. Every Thursday night there is Underground Café, which has local musicians and bands come and play and gives students a chance to sing or play music in front of their peers. There is Bingo every month almost, with prizes that range from Wal-Mart giftcards, to free groceries, to Cal clothing, and sometimes even money prizes. There is also a student run group that arranges different activities off campus that you must pay for such as buses to NBA games, Bush Gardens, and a dance of the Gateway Clipper, along with others.
