Lots to eat!!! Good food; but it gets boring after a while. You may have more fun cooking yourself and heating it up at school.

Sacramento State has a wide variety of popular dining options. Students have access to almost every major food style and many popular chain restaurants such as Jamba Juice, Togo's, Starbucks, Panda Express, and more.

I try not to buy food on campus as it can get pricey (I bring my own food). But there are plenty of options and the barista in the union has some good coffee.

It's a lot of choices but after few months it may get a bit old, unhealthy, or seem expensive. But there are plenty of options to choose from and plenty of off-campus eateries as well. On campus, there's Starbucks, EcoGrounds(probably the least expensive ), and Java City(taste the best and cheaper than Starbucks), Jamba Juice. PandaExpress, Baja Fresh, Burger King, Good Eats, Gordito Burrito, Gryo 2 Go, sushi, Mother India, Roundtable pizza, subway, the buzz, togos, the bagel place, pho, the market and the DC although the last two places are best priced for the meal plan points.

You don't need to live on the dorms in order to request for a dining commons food card. They are expensive, but you get breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided easily on campus. Otherwise, they do have lots of other food places to eat such as Panda Express, Round Table, Jamba Juice, Starbucks, and plenty more. Wherever you go, there are always convenient places that stay open late for anyone to eat and relax in (usually in a building called the Union).

Interested in Greek Life? Then this University probably has your specific interest in store. Just like their clubs and activities, Sacramento State University also has tons of different Greek Life groups that are interested in new members. They are always welcoming and help anyone out whenever possible.

There's lots of it. You're not pressured into joining, but don't be surprised if you find Greek letters written on the ground in chalk.

Greek Life is great. I myself am part of the Alpha Phi Chapter on the campus and would not trade this experience for anything. Its worth it and definitely helps you create friends that last a lifetime.

Theres too many sorority and faternity clubs here to mention but if your interested in joining one i'm positive that you'll find one that suits your interest. Don't worry about getting into the one you want to join either because they except more than 80% of their applicants.
