Read MoreThere are many ways to get involved on campus and enjoy the college experience; however, where you find your outlet of fun depends on what you find fun. We have hundreds of clubs to join whether it be a fandom, intramural sport, religious, educational, or community service group. We also have many locations on campus to hang out with friends such as a bowling ally, several pools, a recreation center, pool tables, Japanese garden, etc. If you enjoy outdoor recreation, we have an entire organization that creates trips for students or you can rent out gear. We have many campus events as well (our volleyball and basketball games seem to be the most popular). Don't forget, we are right next to the beach as well!

Read MoreFortunately CSULB resides in one of the most lively cities in California. You could go to the beach (only 10 minute drive away from campus), go shopping, eat at restaurants, or attend a concert. Students could also find parties or just chill with friends.
