Dont be afraid to go to office hours! The Professors warmly welcome you to just chat with them. Unless you got a car on campus, you will be traveling on the bus to get to the nearby cities and towns such as Camarillo, Oxnard, and Thousand Oaks. Dont worry about the meal plan as a Freshman. Usually you will have enough to eat for the whole semester or even left over swipes. Make sure to come with an open mind! Some people are disappointed when they find out there isnt much of a college experience that goes on here on this small campus, but if you come with an open mind and no expectations, you'll enjoy all the things CI has to offer.
