    Visit the campus first and make sure you meet your professors and talk to them regularly. The campus is small, but your professors deal with hundreds of students a day. They will forget about you if you let them. Also, join a club or organization (CAB,SGA,Greek Life,Sports, etc)! That will make your experience at Bowie 10x better.
