In Waltham, students will find a vibrant community home to artists, photographers, and some of the area's best film production companies. Located near the Charles River on Moody Street, the area is packed with many excellent restaurants, caf├ęs and unique shops-all just eight miles from downtown Boston. Our 45,000 square foot campus is located in the heart of this busy city and features studios, classrooms and recording studio designed by the world-renowned Walters-Storyk Design Group. We are conveniently located close to the Mass Pike and Route 128, and less than a five-minute walk from the Waltham stop on the MBTA commuter rail.

    My first semester was rough because it's always hard to get used to college, but once I joined a sorority I was set. Making friends and going out and spending more time in Boston makes time fly so fast. You might think at first that the people of Boston are rude or that people aren't as friendly as they are back home, but eventually you'll find people who are just like you. It's really just about surrounding yourself with the people you like and you're bound to find a group in a place as big as BU.
