Barstow is a small town of 22,000 residents. It is the Desert and it gets very hot. Rent and Home Purchase are extremely low. This were you get your bang for the Buck. Not a lot of activities, so you will need to drive out the area for entertainment. This is the home for Multiple Military and Air Field. Nature is at your front door with Coyotes, Rabbits, Snakes etc. Remember, we are on their territory. Lots of Land, not too many homes, more apartments and mobile homes than any. Yes there is a Wal-Mart, Stater Bros, remember its a small community. It only took me 25 mins to circle the entire community.
