I have been learning a lot in my speech class, because I haven't had a speech class since the 8th grade. My teacher, Michelle Syltie, is fun and helpful in everything. However, my government class with Charles Miles is more of a repeat of all of my AP high school history classes than anything else.

ACC has been a life saver offering evening class hours for those who work full time and are parents. The class sizes are small enough to still get enough of your instructors time.

ACC is a great school for high school students that want an early start and college age people that want an education that is both cheap and high quality. Students that plan on transferring are also given a great chance with ACC; with many transferable courses that can be applied across the board. Overall, I’d recommend ACC to anyone that wants to consider continuing their education, and continue to be grateful for my own education through this school.

Community college is underrated to say the least. This college is great and so much cheaper than expensive universities for the same curriculum. Teachers will give you all the materials you need to succeed in their class, therefore this is a great two-year college transfer school. Highly recommended.

I enjoyed my time at ACC because I was able to learn what it was like to take college classes and move forward with a new mind set of time management and how important my education is. While studying at ACC I was able to connect with my professors who I could tell loved teaching and I enjoyed that. The classes are much smaller so it is a lot easier to focus during lectures.

Good start and/or restart CC if you're in area. People are friendly and very helpful. Staff is same with minor differences.

ACC has a very open, relaxed, and accepting atmosphere, with lots of diversity among the students. Class quality varies, but they're generally good, and they're cheap. It can be a bit disorganized.

The classes are pretty easy. So far, my teachers have been great and make the classes enjoyable. Only thing is the admissions and advisors are difficult to get ahold of and lack communication at times.
