The food is generally pretty good. You should be satisfied with the quality. You may find yourself eating there often, just don't spend all your next semester's tuition money on burgers.

ACC has a National Honor Society chapter, Phi Theta Kappa, that will invite you in if you have a GPA of 3.4 or higher. The center around helping more advance students achieve complex tasks that help them with their professional and leadership skills. Also will show students how to set up and organized fundraisers and other volunteer/community service projects. It is fun but can be a bit of a work overload if you are a full time student working a part time job like me. But if you have too much free time over each semester between exams and course work, then it would be a fun deal. Also once you are in you get a certificate and they will offer to stamp your resume as well. Which could ultimately get you that much needed job in your career path. If you are a transfer student and you joined them for a semester they have a branch at Texas State University and are trying to set up one at the University of Texas so you can still be apart of the action while at another major university.
