Around Town

There isn't much to do for fun except talk to strangers or run around on the track.

Join clubs or find friends and sit outside and have a picnic. Even take a walk around campus because its very calming to look at all the trees. There is also a trail behind campus that is really nice to walk and get a breath of fresh air.

The Library has an amazing amount of books, there's actually three floors. Took me two semesters to actually figure that out. Also the music building has a room with pianos that you can practice on. The Bakery is delicious, and has a nice sitting area.

Walk around the College and visit different Departments and try to learn more about the schools. For me this was very fun.

I enjoy hanging out with my friends and spending time outside when the weather is right. ARC has plenty of shade and places to study, it is perfect for those who like being outdoors.

There's not much to do here other than maybe join a club here at school. There's also Club Day every month, which is alright.

ARC seems to do a lot of days in the quad for its students to get in touch with clubs and activities going on. In my experience the majority of my classes has been in the wee mornings or late at night so I have little experience hanging around the campus for fun after class is out. They do have very good sports however if you have the time to take one up!

Joining club and trying out for sports are very fun and helps with making great friends with common interests.

Not much is in the immediate area, but it is like two blocks from the freeway so you can easily hop on and go anywhere downtown or uptown for fun.

The campus is beautiful, you can lay out on the grass, some people slackline or throw footballs around. Others go to one of the nearby gyms. Depends on what you and your friends decide.
