Around Town

There are regular fairs for all sorts of things, and plenty of clubs, as well as a gym for students and a section in the library for pleasure reading.

There are a lot of activities on campus. I am a member of an on-campus club, and they offer a lot of activities during the semester. I've also seen artisan markets, talent shows, singing contests, and other fun activities to offer students events to relieve stress, and take their mind off school.

Some people like to go work out. There's the gym and the swimming pool. We also have a football/soccer field and tennis courts. whatever floats your boat.

On campus, the student center is always filled with interesting people. AHC clubs' are always hosting activities to participate in. Off campus, there are nearby theaters, a bowling alley, geocaching and much more to do in the area.

There is a pool, a new running track open to the public, PCPA theater of the arts.

Parks, Sport Fields, bars and restaurants. The best part, Nice beaches are close by, Y mucho mucho mas.

There are beaches about 20 minutes away, so it is fun to lay out at the beach or go surfing.

The school attempts to host events, but I have never attended.

Santa Maria is a small ut growing town. There is not much to do which in a way is a plus because as a studnet you have more chance to study and less of a distraction. Entertainment is not far though we have the beach and the outlets at less then 30 minutes away.

About 30 miles of beach within 15 minutes of campus where you can go off roading in the dunes, and rent bikes and carts. Also a couple local clubs and miles and miles wineries along with a casino.
