Program Description

WSU Upward Bound is a federal TRiO program funded the US Department of Education under Title 34, PART 645 of the Higher Education Act, in the amount of $257,500 per year for a period of 5 years. The mission of Upward Bound Okanogan is to generate the motivation and skills students need to complete high school, succeed in post-secondary education and to contribute as leaders in their community.
