Program Description

University of Guam (UOG) Upward Bound (UB) is a college preparation program that is 100% federally funded by the U.S. Education Department. Students are primarily from the public high schools on Guam who are low-income and/ or first-generation college students. Free college prep services are provided at the high schools and at the University such as: academic guidance, college admissions information, financial aid information and application completion, 6-week summer program, and tutoring services.
