Program Description

RLC's Upward Bound program is a federally funded college preparatory program for high school students. It's designed to provide academic support, personal/career advisement, and cultural/social enrichment to participants who have the academic ability to be successful in college. Services are provided to students during the academic year, as well as a summer program and summer bridge component.
