Program Description

OIC of South Florida (OIC-SFL) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We win at helping people become self-sufficient through workforce development training, family strengthening and job placement. OIC of South Florida has served as a beacon of hope through its ability to serve as a community-based workforce, job development, and training organization that focuses on the unemployed, underemployed, and unskilled. We are committed to helping those with barriers to self-sufficiency due to the past indiscretions in their background via our various Adult and Young Adult Workforce Development initiatives. OIC-SFL also seeks to proactively address the vicious cycles of poverty via our Youth and Family Services Division by partnering with local schools and government agencies. Our collaborative efforts provide youth career awareness and readiness programming annually to over 7,000 middle school and high school students.
