Program Description

Upward Bound is a college preparatory program designed to help low-income or first-generation high school students enroll in post-secondary education options. We are a TRIO program with branches in campuses all across the country. Our specific program is run out of North Hennepin Community College, and we serve students at Park Center High School, Cooper High School, and Brooklyn Center High School.
