Program Description

The Higher Educational Consortium (HEC) Educational Talent Search Program (ETS) is a pre-collegiate program targeting middle school and high school students. It is designed to motivate and assist students in developing the skills they need to persist and succeed in an education beyond high school.

The Federal TRIO Programs are Federal outreach and student services programs designed to identify and provide services for individuals to progress through the academic pipeline from middle school to four-year college degrees and beyond.
