Georgia Southern University (Talent Search)

Program Description

Talent Search is a program sponsored by the Federal Department of Education that provides academic, career, and financial counseling to its participants and encourages them to graduate from high school and continue on to and complete their postsecondary education. Georgia Southern has hosted the program for over 20 years and looks forward to helping the next set of TRIO participants excel in college and career.

The program serves 807 individuals who are middle and high school students, drop-outs, and veterans by generating interest in pursuing a post-secondary education. Eligible participants must be resident of Bulloch, Emanuel, Jenkins, or Screven Counties.
