Colorado Early Colleges Aurora

Program Description

Colorado Early Colleges Aurora (CECA) is a tuition-free, open enrollment, public, charter high school that provides its students an opportunity to take college classes and earn a degree. Colorado Early Colleges Aurora (CECA) provides students in 9th-12th grades the opportunity to start working on college-level courses as soon as they are college ready. CECA students can earn a combination of high school and college credits as they pursue a high school diploma and an Associate degree or higher-- all at no cost to families. Transportation to and from our CECA campus is provided. CECA pays for tuition, fees, and textbooks.

As an Early College, CECA has a primary focus on providing students with the opportunity to participate in Concurrent Enrollment courses to earn up to an Associates Degree or Career Certificate while in high school. Students receive support from Academic and Career Advisors to identify their Post-Secondary/Workforce Goals and determine the appropriate courses and to reach their goal.
