Program Description

CollegeCommunityCareer is a community based organization founded in August 2012 out of a desire to prepare low income and first generation students in the Houston area for admission to and graduation from a four year college or university. Like the students who apply to college, the application process is about more than just numbers. That is why we focus on preparing the whole student, and we do this by focusing on 4 Pillars: college success, leadership development, civic engagement and career discovery.

We believe that increasing college access and success rates will not only transform the future of students, but will also create lasting effects on the city of Houston and its surrounding areas.
