College and Career Pathways, Inc. (CCP), is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) organization that offers college readiness, college success, and career exploration services to students from underserved communities throughout Prince GeorgeÃ?Â¢Ã??Ã??s County and the greater DC Metro area. We strive to ensure that each student we reach graduates from high school with a plan for achieving their educational and career goals.
