Program Description

The Breakthrough program is data-driven and relationship-based. Our combination of individualized case management, rigorous programming, a do whatever it takes philosophy, and performance management allows Breakthrough to address low-income students unique academic needs and personal circumstances as they work to become the first in their families to go to college.
