Program Description

The Vision of the Boys & Girls Club of Corvallis is - All of our members graduate from high school, are work and college ready with skills that enable them to be self-sufficient, have a clear plan for their future, live a healthy lifestyle, and are responsible, caring citizens.

Our Mission is to attract, continually engage, and inspire youth in elementary, middle and high school, to realize their full potential by mentoring, modeling good character, and delivering relevant structured enrichment programs, in a safe, inclusive, and positive environment.

Our commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion is evident in our vision and mission. It shapes everything we do: hiring staff, recruiting board members, forming partnerships, program and curriculum design, and creating opportunities for youth.

The Boys & Girls Club of Corvallis continually evolves to provide culturally relevant opportunities so that all youth are empowered and included, no matter what their circumstances. We provide a nurturing environment with youth development professionals who reflect the youth served. Youth have access to healthy physical activity, career development, and academic support so that they graduate on-time and have a clear plan for their future.

We are committed to using an equity lens in our work to continually transform our programs to serve priority youth and their families by incorporating youth and family voice in all our programs.
