Arizona Western College Talent Search

Program Description

Talent Search (TS) is a federally funded program under the TRIO branch of the US Department of Education. TS serves 583 participants in grades 6-12 in the counties of Yuma and La Paz. Talent Search helps students graduate from high school and continue on to college, ultimately attaining a post-secondary degree. Our current grant is funded through August 2021.

Mission:

Serving first-generation and/or low-income students attending middle and high school to attain post-secondary education through academic support, mentoring, college and career exploration.
