Program Description

AIM is a not-for-profit community organization that promotes technology to create brilliant communities. We do this by impacting three main groups: students, working professionals and tech leaders.

AIM Youth delivers local programming to help kids graduate and be successful in college, introduces kids to how fun and rewarding tech careers can be, and helps kids with an interest in technology to go deeper.

AIM Careerlink provides a unique platform for sourcing IT jobs and careers, links job skill requirements to posted job openings and academic courses, and provides online career assessment tests.

AIM Events produce high quality content from introductory emerging tech seminars, to mid-range user groups and conferences, to high-level academies designed to prepare tech professionals for leadership.

AIM provides college preparatory programs at high schools in Nebraska, Iowa, and Denver. These programs include Talent Search, Upward Bound and locally funded programs.
